Successful Debt Cancellation through an Extrajudicial Mechanism – Debt Reduction of over 50% and Successful Debt Settlement with the Maximum Possible Number of Installments – 420 Months

For the case that our office took on, within the framework of Law 4738/2020, a restructuring agreement was reached, resulting in the cancellation of a debt of 54,607.80 euros out of the total amount of 108,221.13 euros. This corresponds to 50.5% of the total debt, i.e. more than 1/2 of it. The out-of-court debt settlement mechanism is an important tool for borrowers seeking to restructure their debts.
