Doctor’s Acquittal
Another significant acquittal added to our record. Our client, a physician of high scientific and professional standing, was accused of failing to submit a declaration of assets (Póthen Éschés) with an allegation of intent.
Following a well-documented defense and the submission of a complete file of evidence:
• The Prosecutor acknowledged the absence of intent and downgraded the charge to negligence.
• The Court, after thoroughly evaluating the submitted evidence, unanimously acquitted our client.
This case serves as a clear example that timely, systematic, and well-supported defense can lead to the full restoration of truth — even when the initial accusation is particularly serious.
Justice rewards substance, not appearance.
We thank our client for her trust.
