For the case that our office took on, within the framework of Law 4738/2020, a restructuring agreement was reached, resulting in the cancellation of a debt of 3,160.98 euros out of the total amount of 3,951.22 euros. This corresponds to 80% of the total debt, i.e. more than 4/5 of it. The out-of-court debt settlement mechanism is an important tool for borrowers seeking to restructure their debts.
